A jar of Rosslyn Zeroz rosin with a ginger blonde hue and a honey butter consistency, melting into itself on a dab tool.
Rosslyn Zeroz

Rosslyn is building a fast reputation in the solventless game, and I was eager to dive into this jar of Rosslyn Zeroz to see how it holds up. From its unique consistency to its distinct terp profile, this one had me curious. While it may not be my personal go-to in terms of flavor, there's no denying the craftsmanship behind it.

Look: A beautiful ginger blonde hue, this rosin has the consistency of honey butter—soft and creamy, slowly melting back into itself after being left out. The texture alone speaks to its quality and freshness.

Smell: On first whiff, strong citrus and creamy Superboof-like terps dominate. While not overwhelming, the aroma is bold and inviting, setting the stage for the flavor experience.

Taste: The Oreoz lineage is unmistakable here, hitting upfront with its signature flavor. The background has a bit of noise, but ultimately, the Superboof terps take over. Personally, Oreoz is one of my least favorite strains, alongside Dante’s Inferno, so this profile wasn’t for me. However, if you’re a fan of those rich, creamy, citrus terps, you’ll likely love this one.

Smoothness: No harshness or throat burn here—a super smooth dab even at higher temperatures. The overall cleanliness of the rosin shines in this category.

Melt: The melt was decent, though not the cleanest I’ve seen. It had a golden auburn hue, which makes me wondering about what type of material used may have been used for the run. This could also explain why some of the terps felt a bit muted.

Overall: While Rosslyn Zeroz isn’t a terp profile I’d personally revisit, I can still appreciate the quality of this batch. It’s a well-crafted jar, and it piqued my interest in what else Rosslyn has to offer. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on their future drops to see what other flavors they bring to the table.
